This cottage features mountain views, a kitchenette with a microwave and an electric frying pan and a dining area. Guests enjoy warm fluffy bathrobes and a large private bathroom with a shower and heated towel rails.
Spacious well appointed cottages with superb views set on 10 acres, 1.5 Km from Te Anau on the road to Milford Sound. Cottages are self-contained self-catering. All cottages have free WiFi, flat screen tv. Quality linen and fluffy bathrobes. We have a Fox Terrier, whom likes to announce your arrival. Also, we have 2 cats and some friendly Dexter cows, a goats and 2 sheep.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Should you cancel within 3 weeks of your intended stay a 50% of tariff will be charged.
Within 7 days a 100% of tariff will be charged.
In case of a No Show, 100% of tariff will be charged.
These charges will be charged to the credit card provided at the time of booking.
Please note: All cancellations must be in writing and confirmed by us.
CHANGE OF RESERVATION TERMS: If you wish to extend your stay, this will be subject to cottage availability. If you wish to leave before your reservation check out date, there will be no refund.
TRAVEL INSURANCE: We recommend that guests take out travel insurance for the unforeseen circumstances eg, you or a family member may fall ill, your money or luggage may get stole, or your trip may need to be cut short due to illness.

- Wilful or accidental damage will be charged, at our discretion to the credit card supplied at the time of booking.
- All prices are in New Zealand Dollars and include GST (Goods and Service Tax)
